Educator Peerspectives 

Educators today are facing greater challenges and rates of burnout then ever before. Without support, their mental health is at risk which relates to greater numbers taking leave of absences or leaving the profession all together.

This programming is created in collaboration with personnel from the educational setting to connect to the needs of staff. Sessions can be created for a single professional development event, a multi-day training, a conference or anything in between.

Youth Peerspectives Mental Health Series 

The Youth Peerspectives Mental Health Series is designed for youth between the ages of 13-18 years old who wish to be empowered by learning skills connected to:

  • Self-awareness
  • empathy
  • boundaries
  • leaning into vulnerability
  • problem solving
  • collaboration
  • showing up in difficult situations

This four-part series includes discussion, team challenges and individual reflection.

Peer Support Worker Training

This programming is created in collaboration with personnel from the organization  to connect to the needs of each unique workplace.

There are seven modules that are taught over two days. Topics include: 

  • Introduction and foundations of peer support.
  • The importance of implementing peer support in the workplace and what does it look like.
  • How to have courageous conversations
  • creating and holding space
  • Dignity of Risk
  • mental health awareness
  • Building a self-care plan with self and others
  • Peer actions and concepts for success
